Like the title says in your opinion which Final Fantasy game you believe is the most underrated in the series and why.

The most underrated game in the Final Fantasy series is Final Fantasy IX, reasons are Final Fantasy IX was the game that many thought was a disapointment because after Final Fantasies VII, & VIII (which were huge hits), people were expecting a third great game in a row. Last the game came out a little late, when Final Fantasy IX was being released Final Fantasy X was already in the making.
